Do I need to already know how to play Mahjong?
No. Plenty of boutique owners run this model with an outside instructor. Part of the session is deciding whether you teach, hire, or partner with a local teacher.
Do I need a storefront?
It helps, but it isn't required. We'll look at what you have, whether that is retail floor space, a back room, a shared venue or a partner location.
Will you tell me exactly how much I'll make?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We'll build the revenue model with your real numbers and your real capacity so you can see what the ceiling looks like for your store.
Do I need to buy inventory before the call?
No. It is usually better to talk first so your first buy matches the event plan rather than the other way around.
