The bigger picture

A simple five-step start

Whichever path you choose, this is the order most boutique owners should go in. Skip a step and you'll usually end up redoing it later.

01

Choose your boutique model

Inventory, dropship, print on demand, or hybrid. Pick the one that fits your time, budget, and goals.

02

Find products or vendors

Use vetted vendors so you don't waste weeks (and money) on suppliers that won't ship reliably.

03

Set up your store

A clean Shopify setup with the right pages, products, and brand basics in place.

04

Launch with a simple traffic plan

One traffic source, one offer, one simple weekly rhythm. Don't try to do everything.

05

Improve based on what people actually buy

Let real orders guide your next decisions — not what's trending on social this week.

In their words

Proof that starting can feel simpler with the right next step.

Today I looked at my total sales from the month and I'm over $560 so far!! Not too bad for my first month! I just ordered more spring/summer options yesterday and can't wait to get them!

Launch Win

A few weeks ago I ordered the special Carina had to build your dropship store and I did it. I set out for my launch day and I made accounts on Insta, TikTok, Facebook and I promoted my upcoming launch. And then I bit the bullet and recorded myself and bam we launched this past Monday. In 2 days I sold almost $500. I count that a win!! My biggest win I think is the traffic that has come through via the social media sites.

Ladies, you should have them set up your store. I was not tech savvy and the store setup made my life easier.

It is so exciting and Carina is the best to get started with. She is the best.
